so its that the 76? number comes from prrt+store queue (-1 for the extra cache miss load??). a73 can do at most 66 speculative reg writes in flight and 10 (or 11) indep stores. a73 automatically discard nops so any result that i measured is in some form useless.

(m1 has a ~330 entry coalesced rob for about 2300 nops and a 630 entry prrt)
